Detailed Instructions

1.  Please make certain that the basic, single-user version of the book meets your needs before clicking the Buy Now button below. If you want extra features that are not in the basic version or if you want the book for use by multiple individuals in an organization then do not click the button below but, instead, get a custom version of Volume 5.
2.  If you are certain that the basic, single-user version is fine for your needs then click on the Buy Now button and fill in the details necessary to complete the payment process. The charge for the basic version of the book is $60. You can use most credit cards, bank accounts, existing Paypal accounts and existing Paypal balances as forms of payment.
3.  Upon completion of the payment process you will be presented with a confirmation number and the option to return to this website.
4.  It is very important that you click on the button "Return to GCBII Productions Website" at the end of the Paypal payment process to download the book. Depending on your computer's settings this may happen automatically but in many cases it requires you to manually click on the button to proceed to the download page.
5.  After you return to this website you should be able to download the e-book file. Do this soon because passwords change and you might not be able to open your copy of the book if you wait too long.  
6.  Your invoice and the password necessary to open your copy of the book should be sent you almost immediately after buying but may be delayed depending upon the form of payment used.  Check the in-box of the e-mail address you used during the payment process. If you do not receive the invoice very soon, check your spam directory. Some purchasers have found that their e-mail software considers the message to be spam and filters it out of their normal in-box directory.
7.  If you have any problems locating, downloading, or opening the file then send a message to us. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
8.
