If you have any questions, please choose from among the methods of contact listed below.  Our goal is to respond to requests within 12 hours and it will usually be much quicker than that.

  • Contact Dr. Bruner directly for other issues.  There is no charge for his brief suggestions about finding and/or selecting measures of interest to you.  Fees for more lengthy projects such as strategic selection of the optimal mix of scales to use in a particular study are negotiable.
     
  • If you would like to receive descriptions of new scale reviews when they are added to the library, please send your request to service@marketingscales.com. (Those who opt-in will receive one brief message every 2-3 weeks.)
