Affirmation of Customers

A person's belief that an organization provides positive feedback about his/her reaching an identity goal is measured in this scale using three, seven-point items.  The phrasing of the items can be tailored for a specific organization and a specific role a person plays with the organization, e.g., shopper, employee, volunteer.
