This scales book is a classic in psychometrics. It is instrumental for survey researchers in the fields of advertising, marketing, consumer psychology, and other related fields that rely largely on attitudinal measures. This four-item, seven-point scale measures the extent to which a person is described by respondents as being organized and capable of doing something.  The scale was used by Price and Arnould (1999) for evaluating a hairstylist.
