The best way to see full reviews and descriptions of the scales in the library's database is with a Day Pass.  (Here is an example of a complete scale review document.)  The Day Pass allows you to enter, exit, and re-enter the library as much as you want in a 24 hour period for $39.  In the library, you can read full reviews of up to 100 scales of interest to you.  (Downloads are limited to 50 *.pdf documents.)

  1. GCBII Productions, LLC has authorized you to access the repository of measurement scale reviews here at MarketingScales.com.  GCBII Productions, LLC grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the database according to the terms and conditions stated below.  In brief, it is your responsibility to secure your login credentials, use the database appropriately, and prevent its use by unauthorized parties.
     
  2. Restrictions

    You are permitted to search the database, read full reviews of up to 100 different scales, and download up to 50 of the ones of interest during a 24 hour period.  You are prohibited from: 1) attempting to download over 50 documents from the database; 2) downloading scale reviews for other parties; and/or, 3) allowing other parties to access the database using your login credentials.  Evidence of violating one or more of these prohibited activities may lead to loss of access to the database and your account being blocked from future access.
     
  3. Printing & Duplication

    You are permitted to print out copies of the downloaded reviews for your individual usage.  Mass copying is prohibited. Exceptions for educational proposes may be granted upon written request to gcbii@marketingscales.com. 
     
  4. Intellectual Property Protection

    The copyrights of the database and the reviews are owned by Dr. Gordon C. Bruner II and are protected by United States as well as international copyright laws.  The database and the scale reviews are published by GCBII Productions, LLC and it reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.  This license and your right to use the database terminate automatically if you violate any part of this agreement.
     
  5. Disclaimer

    Neither GCBII Productions, LLC nor Dr. Gordon C. Bruner II shall be liable for any loss, injury, claims, or damages including consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages resulting from the use or reliance upon information provided in the Marketing Scales Database reviews.
